How do I place an order at Snuggle Spot?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You don’t need an account to purchase, but creating one makes it easier to track your orders and repeat purchases.
Do I need to register an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account so you can view your order history, save delivery addresses, and enjoy a smoother shopping experience.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. You can also track your order status by logging into your account.
Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
Currently, we deliver nationwide across Malaysia. For Singapore and other international orders, please contact our support team before purchasing.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days for West Malaysia and 5–7 working days for East Malaysia, depending on courier service and location.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Is it safe to pay online at Snuggle Spot?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways with encryption technology. We do not store your payment details.
Can I pay cash on delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not support COD. To ensure safety and faster processing, all orders must be paid online before shipping.
Why was my payment declined?
This could be due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or bank restrictions. Please try again, use a different card, or choose another payment method like FPX or e-wallet.
Will I get a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, an electronic invoice will be sent to your email once your payment is successful.
Can I use different payment methods for one order?
No, each order must be completed with one payment method. If you wish to split payments, please place separate orders.
